Babachir Lawal, who once served as the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), has disclosed that he has returned a significant portion of his focus to agriculture. He has expressed contentment with the advancements he has achieved since returning to his farm. During a recent interview that was broadcast on Channels Television, Lawal highlighted that the fact that he is physically present and actively involved in farming activities has considerably increased his production during this planting season.

It is stated by the former SGF that he was able to accomplish a spectacular milestone in groundnut cultivation as a result of his direct supervision of operations on the farm. He made the observation that the extent of his agricultural endeavours and the level of success they have achieved have been significantly improved as a result of his dedication to personally overseeing activities.
