Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde has said the state government is making arrangements to reunite the rescued Ogbomoso schoolchildren and their teachers with their families as they continue to recover at the 2 Division Medical Services and Hospital in Ibadan.
Speaking during an interview aired on TVC News, on Saturday, 11 July, 2026, while addressing journalists after visiting the rescued victims, Makinde said the government was putting the necessary logistics in place to enable family members to visit their loved ones.
