Former Governor of Sokoto State, Alhaji Attahiru Dalhatu Bafarawa, joined the National Leader of the NNPP, His Excellency Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, PhD, FNSE, for the Juma’at (Friday) prayers in Maitama, Abuja.
According to a media post by Honourable Saifullahi Hassan, Media Aide to the former Governor of Kano State, on Friday, June 12, 2026, Senator Kwankwaso observed the weekly congregational prayer alongside other worshippers at a mosque in the Maitama area of the Federal Capital Territory.
The gathering provided an opportunity for Muslims to fulfill their religious obligations and offer prayers for peace, unity, progress, and prosperity in Nigeria.
Among those seen with Senator Kwankwaso during the prayer session was former Sokoto State Governor, Alhaji Attahiru Dalhatu Bafarawa, a respected elder statesman and prominent political figure.
The Juma’at prayer remains a significant weekly act of worship for Muslims, bringing together the faithful in devotion, reflection, and supplication to Almighty Allah.
