Senator Seriake Dickson, the national leader of the Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC has taken to his official X handle to react after receiving key leaders of the party, including the former governor of Anambra State, Peter Obi at his residence on Friday.
According to the statements which were shared on his official X account on Saturday June 13th, 2026 he pointed out that despite the disagreements, they remained on the same page.
His comments came amid reports that tensions might exist within the NDC ranks, with certain members reportedly displeased with the conduct of the recently concluded primary elections.
The former Anambra State governor, Peter Obi was not also left out as he was dragged to the public domain for being allegedly involved in electoral malpractices.
However, following the conclusion of the meeting at his residence on Friday June 12th, Senator Seriake Dickson made it known that all disagreements had been resolved, and tensions doused.
From the photos which the NDC national leader shared, he can be seen alongside several members of the party having a good laugh.
