According to a report by Anadolu Agency on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, Saudi Arabia has issued a strong condemnation of what it described as Iranian attacks targeting the sovereignty and airspace of Bahrain, Kuwait, and Jordan, warning that the actions pose a serious risk to regional stability.
In an official statement, the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the incidents represent “blatant Iranian attacks” that undermine ongoing efforts to de-escalate tensions and restore peace across the region.
It added that continued hostilities threaten both regional and international security.
The ministry reaffirmed Riyadh’s “full solidarity” with Bahrain, Kuwait, and Jordan, stressing support for all measures taken by the three countries to protect their sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the safety of their citizens and residents.
The statement comes amid a series of military exchanges involving Iranian forces and regional and international actors.
Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps reported earlier that it had carried out retaliatory operations against 21 US-linked military targets across several bases in the region, including installations in Bahrain, Kuwait, and Jordan.
The latest developments followed US airstrikes in southern Iran, conducted after the downing of an American Apache helicopter during operations near the Strait of Hormuz.
Tensions in the region have escalated over recent months, beginning with renewed military activity involving Israel and the United States, which triggered cycles of retaliation and counterstrikes across multiple fronts.
The situation has since expanded into wider regional confrontations involving several Gulf states.
Despite brief pauses in direct exchanges between Iran and Israel over the weekend, the broader conflict remains fragile, with diplomatic efforts ongoing to prevent further escalation and stabilize security conditions across the Middle East.
