Human rights activist Chidi Odinkalu has reacted after new photos of houses built for Justices of the Appeal Court appeared online, raising fresh public discussion.
In a post shared on his X account, Odinkalu questioned the decision to build the houses, saying the special treatment given to the judges was unnecessary and could create concerns.
The houses were reportedly built by the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, as part of efforts to improve the welfare of senior members of the judiciary.
