Bishop David Oyedepo, the General Overseer of the Living Faith Church Worldwide has shared the story of how the Living Faith Church received 87 buses in one day after he told members to sow a seed if they were led by God.
He gave this testimony during the Midweek Communion Service while speaking about how the Holy Spirit guides believers.
He explained that in 2001 the church needed buses because members were struggling with transportation, especially for midweek services. Transport providers at the time could only give them 50 mini-buses, which were not enough.
According to him, God told him directly, “Did I tell you I cannot buy buses?” Acting on this, he announced in church that if God led anyone to sow a bus, they should do so.

To his surprise, 87 buses arrived the very next day. “Come on now. The witness of the Holy Spirit that you can pick. The signal being sent, and your antenna is high up, you can pick it,” Oyedepo said.
He told members that this testimony shows how powerful it is to hear and obey the Holy Spirit. The buses, he said, came as a result of sensitivity to God’s voice and quick response to His leading.
The story was used to encourage believers to be spiritually alert and to trust God for provision in every area of life.
