A young man, Victor Akubo, who recently graduated from the Federal University Lokoja (FUL) stirs mixed reactions as he opines that a graduate is 10 times better than a billionaire without a university degree.
He took to his Facebook page to make the declaration, following his convocation ceremony.

The young man, fresh out of the university, attributed great prestige to tertiary education.
He opined that despite one’s wealth and stature in life, if one doesn’t have a university degree, he cannot be better than a university-trained man.
The young man was seen in his convocation gown as he posed his family and friends.
