When someone has HIV, the virus breaks down the body’s ability to protect itself against infections. That’s the job of HIV. According to Healthline, it’s known as the human immunodeficiency virus.
People living with HIV can live as long as their immune systems keep protecting their bodies from breaking down. People living with HIV can preserve their lives in the following ways:
1. They must learn how to not waste the strength of their immune systems. They should preserve the power of their immune system by avoiding eating foods that can weaken it.
Instead, they should consume more vegetable juices to boost their immune systems, especially carrot juice and green leafy vegetables.
2. For HIV patients to boost their immune systems, there are a lot of things they must understand about our bodies. They should not do certain things that can depress their bodies.
They should start doing things that will keep their immune systems strong enough to resist the virus.
3. The immune system of the human body doesn’t function at full capacity at birth. As our bodies mature, it becomes more powerful to defend the body against diseases and infections.
However, for someone living with HIV, the strength of their immune system is determined by what they do or refuse to do with their bodies.
They weaken their immune systems when they malnourish their bodies. If they don’t eat well or eat right and they stress their bodies, it weakens their immune systems.
4. People living with HIV should ensure that they rest and sleep enough so that they won’t compromise their immune systems. They should not allow toxic emotions such as depression and anxiety to control them so that they won’t weaken them.
5. They should also avoid immune system suppressants such as refined sugar, caffeine, cigarettes, and trans fat. They should eat a balanced diet so that their bodies can get all the nutrients they need, especially vitamins.
They should eat anti-biotic herbs such as garlic. They should eat more vegetables and fruits, avoid processed foods, and eat antioxidant-rich foods to combat free radicals in their bodies.
